What legacy ideas would be banned if they were invented today?

If you remove the momentum away from an idea, you can sometimes see the emperor is not wearing any clothes.

Imagine this scenario...

Loans targeting 18-year-olds.

The catch?

• They can never declare bankruptcy on it.

If student loans didn't exist and it was invented today, it would be immediately banned.

But the legacy idea of a student loan is accepted by society -- because it's a legacy idea.

Momentum is a helluva drug.
